Loreburn Housing Association deliver supported Housing for young people aged 16-25 years as commissioned service on behalf of Dumfries and Galloway Council. They aim to meet the needs of young people as they move towards independent living. This involves gaining the skills to manage their own home and work towards employment. Young people develop their unique support plan with associated action plan which will help them understand where they are now and what work is required to work towards where they want to be.
