Do you like animals and spending time outdoors? Why not come along to our Summer on the Farm Activity Days?! You’ll get to have lots of fun on the farm, including: Spend time with our friendly goats, pigs, rabbits, ponies, sheep, cows and much loved tortoise Titus; Learn about the animal care; Take part in arts and crafts; Den build in the local woods; Walk our Shetland ponies; Have a go at pony agility.

We invite you to celebrate the end of the school year and the beginning of the holidays with us. This will be really amazing workshop on making accessories. After event all children will be offered snacks and refreshments.

Join us for an amazing day out at the Titanic exhibition in Belfast! Glenkens young people aged from 12 to 16 are very welcome to come along by bus and ferry to hear the amazing story of the Titanic with the Glenkens Youth Group.

Nerf wars, crazy golf, movie nights bouncy castles

This summer there’s lots of fun things to do down at the Crannog: from building this year’s float for Civic Week, entering home crafts for the Stewartry show and water activities on Carlingwark Loch to 3D Printing, cooking (and eating!), music making, archery, arts, gardening and bush craft - we’ve got something for everyone!

Kelloholm fun over the summer, come and join us for Slip N Slide fun and a water fight. Learn how to DJ in our specially organised DJ Workshops for young people aged 10-14. Join us for our Kelloholm Cook off and show off your skills in the kitchen. Then join us on our exciting and long-awaited trip to Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

We aim to deliver a Summer of Play Programme of activities for children in the Kier, Penpont and Tynron areas, using the village halls, park and community garden.

Young Carers across Dumfries and Galloway who are registered with the project will have access to a fulfilled summer program, there will be opportunities such as: • Trip to Glasgow Science Centre • Trampoline Park and Lunch • Heads of Ayr • Meal Out • Fun Day - Arts and Crafts, Crazy Golf, Meal Out, Picnic • The Big Young Carers Bake Off
