We will deliver a residential development camp for swimmers aged 11–16, providing a high quality sport and physical activity experience that goes beyond our weekly programme. The camp will offer a structured schedule of pool training, race skills development, land based conditioning, and team building activities. The purpose is to give young people the opportunity to experience time away from home where they can train intensively, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. The residential environment encourages swimmers to take responsibility for their routines, equipment, organise their time, and support one another as a team. This helps build independence, resilience, and positive wellbeing.
