Dare, Dream, Do! – Dumfries and Galloway Young Women’s Summit Join young women and girls aged 12–25 for an inspiring day of empowerment, creativity, and future‑shaping voices.

Camp DG 2026 Young people across D&G are invited to participate in the 2026 Amazing Summer Camps experience. Participants will take part in 3 activity days, with day 1 hosted in their local area, followed by a 2 day/1 night residential camp. The camps are fun, energetic and an amazing opportunity to try something new this summer! Young people can sign up to participate in one of the following camps: (a) Primary 7 (pupils that are moving up to high school after summer) (b) S1 – S6 Camps are completely free, all transport, food and equipment will be provided! Each participant will receive a Camp DG hoody, t-shirt and water bottle as a souvenir of their time at camp!

The Summer Mix! Taster Sessions & Masterclasses for young people aged 10–17, an energetic mix of activities that promote creativity, confidence, and friendship. The Summer Mix offers range of experiences—from sport and martial arts to wellbeing workshops, cooking, crafting and getting in touch with the great outdoors! Free sessions available to children with ASN/Disabilities aged 4.5yrs – 18yrs. Come along and take part in some fun creative activites and join us for some exciting trips/outing.

We are delighted to bring back another exciting year of Amazing Summer youth activities during this year’s summer holidays! Our programme offers a wide range of fun, creative, and engaging activities for young people, including Candle Making Workshops, Soap Making Workshops, Mug Design Workshops, Rock Painting, Kite Making, Keyring Making, Junk Modelling, Doll Making, Mocktail Making Workshops, and Yoga Taster Sessions for Health and Wellbeing. With so many exciting activities to choose from, there is something for everyone to enjoy, learn, and get creative with this summer. We look forward to welcoming you to another fantastic season of activities!

Young Carers across Dumfries and Galloway who are registered with the project will have access to a summer program, there will be opportunities such as: • Glasgow Science Centre • Trampoline Park and Lunch • Dalscone Farm Park • Ernespie Farm • Top Golf • Young Carers Mini Festival – a day full of fun activities • BBQ/Picnic • Forest Walks, Putting/Crazy Golf

Dumfries Saints RFC Summer Rugby Camp is a fun, inclusive opportunity for young people to stay active, develop new skills, and enjoy rugby in a safe and welcoming environment over the summer holidays. The camp is designed for players of all abilities, from complete beginners to those already involved in the game. Sessions will focus on rugby skills, fun games, teamwork, confidence building, and making new friends, all delivered by enthusiastic young coaches in a supportive setting. The programme aims to increase participation in sport during the summer, provide positive activity for local children, and create lasting links into community rugby at the club.
