Samaritans are a UK wide charity that offer free confidential support for those in crisis or who need someone to talk to. You can contact them at any time online here, via email through jo@samaritans.org or over the phone by calling 116123.
Shout
Shout are a free crisis messenger service. You can text at 85258 at anytime, anywhere 24/7 if you are finding things difficult to cope with.
