I feel lonely and isolated. Please help!
It can be difficult to deal with things if you are feeling lonely or isolated. Everybody needs support at times in their life and it is important if you are struggling to reach out to someone you trust. This might be a family member, friend, teacher, support or youth worker that you can talk to about how you are feeling.
Reaching out is difficult, but you have taken the first step in asking this question. It is important to be kind to yourself and take time to do something for you. There are lots of opportunities and groups that you can get involved in where you can speak to other people and develop coping skills for when you’re not feeling great.
