I’m finding my schoolwork hard coming back after Lockdown. What can I do?

There are lots you can do to help with your schoolwork. First, it is important to remember that no one will be finding the current situation easy. It’s a difficult time for everyone and you are not alone in finding the adjustment going back to school challenging, but there are lots of places that can you go to for support.
Firstly, speak with your teachers and explain how you are feeling. They are there to help you and if you tell them how you are feeling and what you are struggling with, they will be able to offer help and advice.
